'Vintage' Fisher Price

My parents brought down a box of mine and my sisters old toys from the loft a little while ago. Kit is rather taken with our old fisher price school set. He kept moving it to wherever he was playing at the time (mainly in the garden - bench and playhouse).

He invited another piece of 'vintage' into his playhouse to play with him too! :)

  1. Just found this via the BritMums Blog Buzz feed. My mother still has our vintage Fisher Price figures and a house, two cars and a petrol station. It still looks great and has such groovy features - a little car "lift" to move it from the first level to the second, a car ramp for them to roll down, a little working doorbell on the house and a roll-down door for the parking garage.

Hate to sound like an old fogey but they really don't make 'em like that any more.

  3. I like the last pic too, I used to force my Dad to play Sylvanian Families with me all the time when I was little. It's nice to see Kit getting him to play with him too. :)

  4. I love the vintage Fisher Price stuff, I was lucky too that my Mum kept some for the grandchildren and Harry loves playing with it. We have a circus train, garage, lots of things. It is so well made and it's nice because it doesn't make random noises or have flashing lights like the newer ones.

Love, love, love the Vintage Fisher Price toys!
My son has all of my original sets, and of course I keep adding to them :-)
