Button Rings and Earrings

I've been putting my glue gun to good use in the past few days, and have been working on getting together some button rings and earrings ready for sale at a craft fair.

They are really simple to make but look lovely. I think the key is in finding the right buttons! Most of the ones I've used are 'vintage' ones or not so old secondhand ones from my local charity shops.

I'm planning on doing some more detailed button earrings with plainer buttons, using the holes in the button to create a bit of interest with some thread or really thin ribbon (like I have done with the rings.)
